Shipping
We only ship in the Netherlands & Belgium. Maybe in the future we will ship to other places in Europe.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing / packing / shipment of your order. All orders are shipped using Post NL or DHL.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number.
Return policy
You can return your product/order. Shipping cost is for the buyer and the product(s) have to be intact and not used.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date
Your satisfaction is very important. If you experience any issues with your product, let us know.
