Shipping

We only ship in the Netherlands & Belgium. Maybe in the future we will ship to other places in Europe.

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing / packing / shipment of your order. All orders are shipped using Post NL or DHL.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with a tracking number. 

 

Return policy

You can return your product/order. Shipping cost is for the buyer and the product(s) have to be intact and not used.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date
Your satisfaction is very important.  If you experience any issues with your product, let us know.

Are your candles sustainable ?

Yes, at Living Light Co we stand for quality and sustainability. Our candles are lovingly hand poured from 100% coconut wax and our shipping packaging is made of recycled paper.

What are the opening hours of Living Light Co?

We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00. We are closed on Sundays.

How do I ensure the safety of my candles?

We provide safety and lighting instructions with every candle. Please ensure that candles are always supervised and placed out of reach of children and pets.

What makes your candles unique?

Our candles are inspired by Christian values ​​and handmade.  Each candle has a vers on it to share God's Word. 

Can i return my order?

Yes you can return your order. Shipping cost is for the buyer and the product has to be intact and not used. 

My address is incorrect on my order. What should i do?

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email us as soon as possible at info@thelivinglightco.com so we can correct it before shipping out your order!
